Guest guest
Caroline, You are right. We do need to take ownership of our lives before we die. and Im glad you put it like that. It is so hard to do because we work so hard, at least I do, and have very little to show for it. Eventhough I work out every day, the only real benefit is to my abs and back (which are not affected) and my weight loss. Other than that, much of my muscles do not build as much as they would in someone who does not have this disease. So, people tend to look at me as though I don't do anything when it isreally quite the opposite. I workout more than most people Dawn You never know when someone may catch a dream from you. You never know when something small that you say or do Will open up the windows of a mind that seeks the light. What you do may not matter at all, but, then again, it might!
