Guest guest
I read his testimony. Some of the practices he describes such as " purging " are the same practices used by homeowner's insurance companies to cancel policies. If you file a claim for water damage or mold, the insurance company cancels your policy. And they want to make sure you don't " hurt " one of their buddies at another insurance company by trying to get coverage somewhere else, so they put your claims information in a huge database called CLUE. That way, the insurance companies share claims information with each other about specific individuals or properties. All of this is one of the reasons why the McCarran Ferguson Act must be repealed. The McCarran Ferguson Act allows insurance companies to ignore antitrust laws which means they get to share all kinds of information with each other. ________________________________ From: " snk1955@...
