Anyone who is on Facebook, will you please take the time to report

this group for it's message of hate aimed at our children. Hopefully

with enough reponses these idiots will be removed from Facebook.

Contrarary to what Autism supremesy groups claim, WE DO NOT HATE

AUTISTIC PEOPLE! Our

only goal is to inform girls and women that a percentage, not most,

of Autistic people are

more likely to be rapists. It is the same as any other disorder,

MOST AUTISTIC PEOPLE ARE

NOT DANGROUS! We only want young women to be aware of the danger of

being around

Autistic people. We do not approve of hate toward Autistic people;

we do not want violence

against Autistic people, only that girls pass them by and are aware

of the potential danger.

What kind of foolishness is this? " A percentage of autistic are more likely to

be rapists " ?? Is that the same thing as a percentage of teachers, cops,

priests, doctors, dentists, psychiatrists, truck drivers, soldiers or cab

drivers are likely to be rapists? What about uncles, cousins, brothers,

fathers, grandfathers, or neighbors?

Are these people suggesting that the diabled are MORE likely to be rapists than

the non-disabled? Where is their data? I follow the local news (both print and

televised) very closely, and having seen reports of a number of sexual assaults

in the past (really a terribly high number it seems to me) I have yet to see any

of the several dozen autistic people I know as a perp.

It occurs to me that autistic people, especially those who are low-functioning

and placed into residential are probably more likely to be the VICTIM of sexual

assault than those of us in the typical herd. I also can see that HFA/Aspies

would likewise be ptoentially at greater risk for exploitation/assaault if their

ability to understand social interaction is poor.

That's the bad thing about the web - any asshole with a 85 IQ can post any

idiocy their feeble mind can concoct. Often, the best weapon against this type

of stupidity is obscurity. Avoid passing along the link so their hit count

remains low. Sometimes I think they post this garbage just to upset people

(trolling as it were) and to revel in their 7 seconds of infamy.
