The best nutrition I have found for myself includes fresh fruits and vegetables

(organic and seasonal, some home grown, so it gives me much variety), egg whites

(range free), low fat cottage cheese, range-free poultry, ocean fish, brown rice

(so many types for variety and taste), oatmeal and about a liter and a half of

artesian water daily. I do not use salt, but for seasonings/tastes use different

herbs (i.e., basil, cilantro, marjoram, etc) and spices (i.e., tumeric,

cinnamon, ginger, etc)

With this I stay at a low weight for my BMI, have good energy levels, and do not

'feel the need' to snack, nor do I crave sugar or fats. Matter of fact I don't

crave anything anymore :) Have low cholesterol too :)
