I've not been involved in researching this issue myself, as my personal

belief, is any new system will not be effective for several years, at least

for me. Also, when I started my research, I decided to postpone it based

upon two things, wild rumors with no quoted source, and too much to read,

to find the truth, where the truth is the written rules are being changed each

day, so any research I do would be outdated within the week, imho.
