PS The 2 yr statute of limitations is not as cut and dry as one may think. When the time begins to toll for the 2 yrs is the issue. When did Mom find out or could have reasonably find out when this occurred. And yes, there are other ways to skin the cat here legally and through media.

Jenn,Please email me offlist. You stated <When I found out I could dosomething legally, it was past the statute of limitations to presscharges. I'd really like to know how to get her rotten name outthere.> .. There is a 2 yr Statute of Lim. on Due Process - How isyour IEP ? If you need additional or ANYTHING.. Now is the time toact. Sometimes Justice comes in other ways. The school district couldstill be looking at a Civil Action based on documents or motions madein a Due Process even if it has nothing to do with the abuse yourlittle girl went through. It is still part of Discovery and becomesPublic Record which is then used many times by parents to engage inother actions. I would love to help you on this..and I have noproblem handling it discretely without your name ever getting out ifyou just want it exposed. Lord help me.. I need to forgive theseFOOLS for how they have treated our

children. That doesn't mean hewill forgive them.. I just need to or I will burst with anger.I find it 'healing' to Advocate and Lobby on the behalf of ourchildren - we all must do what ever part we can in this battle forFAPE, LRE, The destructed environment our children have fallen victimto, and especially the stupidity of some school district employees. Please email me. she would put their lunch on top of the fridge & the "unruly" kids would try to get it & cry for the rest of the day.She would tell the parents the kids refused to eat & had a bad day.She would say mean things to them like "you're bad, if you keep it up,I'm going to spank your A@ & !". I remember how theguy in charge met me @ the classroom for my daughter's first day & told me if there were any problems, to

contact him immediately. Why inthe earth would someone say that to a parent on a child's first day? There must have already been problems.? I thought he would shake myhand & say, Welcome! I hope this is the nurturing environment thatwill help your daughter succeed. I did not hear that. --- I think the statute is a bit longer when an attorney is

involved. Atleast I read that in our towns literature. In
