I fully agree.. we have to keep persisting until we are blue in the

face.. or keyboard for that matter...so here you go...

Lets make a Major REFORM in Special Education...

There are multiple great idea's out there, it's a matter of whether or

not they will be picked up in time to make it to the Floor if that's

where they are headed..and be voted on before the budget comes out

next year.. It's always the Same in D.C... if you get on the train

before it leaves the station..you have a good chance.. Is there

proposed Legislation backing up the Idea there ? That's always a good

thing to do.. if you need assistance let me know.
