Alyssa Milano's Stalker has Asperger's

" Charmed " star Alyssa Milano has filed a restraining order against

Jeff , a 54-year-old man who was featured in a documentary

because of his near-psychotic obsession with '80s pop star .

Alyssa's court documents refer to as " an obsessed and mentally

unstable celebrity stalker fan " whose conduct is " increasingly

harassing, stalking and threatening. "

Alyssa says hiked through woods, bypassed security guards and

scaled gates to try to get into her home to see her.

He also called a San Francisco 49ers official to see if he won a

contest to meet Alyssa at the game against the Jets on Sunday,

according to the New York Post.

Alyssa says:

I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends. "

, who has Asperger's Syndrome (a mild form of autism that

impairs social functioning), still believes he and are

soulmates. Variety described his lifestyle as the " outer frontier of

celebrity culture, where fandom meets mental illness. "

A hearing to consider Alyssa's request for a restraining order is

scheduled January 21.
