Group Rules

Please refrain from discussion of religion and politics and use good manners in

posts. We are here to experience how CMT affects us, how we live with CMT, and

to help others with their questions. Please do not attempt to sell us any

products that may help CMT. Either you have " personal experience " or you don't.

Please remember to keep your posts as positive as possible and do not discuss

other potentially offensive subjects, such as 'personal opinions' or

controversial issues.

If a post is inflammatory, rude, a personal attack, disrespectful in any way, or

contains advertising, is against our rules, or is not a CMT related topic, the

post is deleted.

Please begin your posts on a subject with " This is my experience… "

Research news is posted for your information, not for commentary, unless you

participated in the research project. Avoid statements such as " I think " , and

instead use " I feel " .

Any information shared between us is not meant as " medical advice " . Please refer

to our Disclaimer Statement.

After your membership request is approved and you have read the Founder's

Welcome Letter, please send your first post as an introductory email to

Title it in the 'subject line' " My Introduction " . This is

a courtesy and will get you familiar with the format of posts. We can become

better acquainted with you and hear how you live with CMT.

We communicate in the English language, as English is the official Business

Language of the world.

The volume of posts each day sometimes can exceed 25. If you do not wish to

receive so many emails, please change your settings to 'Daily Digest'. You will

then receive all posts as one message.

does not " sell " or " share " its member list. The entire membership database

is available only to the Moderators. Our Moderators read and review each post

before it is sent to the entire group.

members are serious in learning all about CMT, therefore please do not

send chain letters, jokes, recipes, 'forwards' or other junk. They will

automatically be discarded, thus preserving the richness of material on CMT.

Moderators may edit posts for spelling, grammar and content at any time.

Asking questions is a legitimate way of acquiring information that may help you

manage your CMT. We will do all we can to answer your questions and provide

additional information where possible.
