You are stop on. It always comes down to lawyers and lawsuits. Thats what gets things done and that is what makes the headlines.

It has been lawyers and lawsuits that got the FDA to admit offically that Amalgam dental fillings are not safe, in so many words.

Too bad they weren't doing a class action on THimerosal, aspartame, mercury from coal-fire power plants, etc

too bad because right now in the USA... it is the lawyers that will help the common man.
