Many of you have been involved in the change.org voting process for

many ' Idea's '. Many of those Idea's are for positive change and we

as a community are not quite sure what will end up from them. " The

Autism Reform Act of 2009 - Relief for those with disabilities that

are in or have been in Special Education " (dubbed The ARA of 2009 or

The Autism Reform Act) will be backed by a Hard Copy " Proposal for

Presidential ACT " . This will include input by parents as this may be

an idea but requires input by everyone that is affected in any way.

Parents please email me at Peace4kids@... preferably as keeping

up with multiple lists at this time while also drafting the proposal

will be tedious. I would like to get specific points such as listed

on the 'idea' located at

http://www.change.org/ideas/view/accept_and_sign_the_autism_reform_act_of_2009

This is not a request to go vote there, rather a request for input to

put on an actual proposal for a Presidential ACT. I know many parents

have something to say other then what is posted in comments at that

site. So please let me know whether it's Education, Insurance, Govt.

Reform, Vaccination Reform, or any other issue that faces the

community of Parents, Guardians, Educators, or anyone else that has

something that can add to this. The caucus of those that are affected

by disabilities and those that are disabled is quite large and should

have a firm voice just as a Parental Group alone. All 'points' that

are sent to me regarding this or that I read when I can review

comments online will be considered to be added to this ACT.

This is not 'my' request. This is the request of parents, doctors,

guardians, etc etc etc that have something to say to an Administration

that is stating it is willing to listen.

Thank you and have a nice day/night depending on what time zone you

are in ! Regardless of differences of opinion lets try to form

together as one large community of concerned individuals.
