Thank you for posting these papers. The role of nanoparticles and their

translocation to the brain in dogs and humans has been investigated by Dr.

Lilian Calderon-Garciduenas. She used young adults and children exposed to

Mexico City air pollution as well as a canine model. She and her colleagues

clearly demonstrated the translocation mechanism occurs via Olfactory mucosa

and across the alveolar membrane. They have also shown that nanoparticles enter

red blood cells and can be transported to all organs of the body. If you are
