Guest guest
To mwinslow26: It is really common to get delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) following physical activity. You may not feel it that day, or even the day after. For me it is usually the worst on day 2 after using my legs in a way they are not used to. It also tends to pass for me by day 3, I am left with a stiff feeling in its place. I have found that to help a light cycle for a short period of time gets blood circulating to remove built up lactic acid in the muscles. No weight on the cycle machine or not a hard ride on the street - just spinning gently. Let me know how it goes. All the best from London, Donna www.myfitnessyear.com
