Guest guest
1. Loosen laces on shoes, wear wider/deeper shoes. 2. Stay off the feet, keep them elevated and use ice and/or Arnica gel/cream for the pain. 3. I had a neuroma between my toes and it caused pain on the top of my foot. I went to my ortho, got a shot into the neuroma, it was gone. This pain could be anything. Get this checked out by an orthopedist. Guest guest
Hi there Brownfamilt, I have just been diagnosed with a stress fracture (where the 2nd toe joins with the foot). My doctor thought it was a neuroma but diagnostic imaging tests revealed the fracture. Just another idea to look into!! Lise
