question about pain on top of feet??

Hello my husband has cmt, he has been

disnosed when he was kid, now he is 25.

This past week he began having pain on

the top of his foot. he says it hurts

to walk and when he puts any pressure

on it. Just yesterday the other foot

now is doing it too. Does anyone have

or had this problem?? What can he do

to ease pain?? thanks.
