HELP scared to get a flu shot

three years ago, my husband had a kidney transplant..... the medications lower

his immune system, so it is advised for everyone around him to get annual flu

shots. I have CMT1a and over the last 2 yrs the symtoms have really

grown........ is there a connection here? Flu Shots exacerbates (bring into full

swing) CMT?? Now I am afraid to get the flu shot. Anyone have simular stories,

ideas? HELP!
