Oh I hate these rooms. In Mics school when they just

cant handle the child they go outside in the fenced in

playground or in the gymn. Not a cell.When the 4 kids

melted down at once theres a button the teachers push

and more staff come running to help.So my attitude is

hire more staff.Whats a kid that melts down doing in a

classroom with one teacher anyway. When the children

melt down in the classroom there is a divider in every

room they take the kids behind and physically restrain

them.Usually within 5 or 10 minutes the kids are back

on track.One thing I did notice they are very

protective of Mic. If someone starts to melt somebody

always picks up Mic so he doesnt get hurt.Although I

suspect one of these days hes gonna get it.First thing

I heard a teacher say when the kids was out of control

is " " wheres Mic someone get him. " My thoughts are what

about the dignity of the children, jail is not the

answer.They cant help it. Laurie
