Yes, my book is still available from the http://www.aicmt.org with a donation.

Since the main page is only in Italian language, I have written the instructions

in English:

The book is sent to those who make a donation of at least 32 euros

(about 38 $) to the AICMT, the Italian CMT Association charity. To make

a donation go to the AICMT webpage www.aicmt.org and find a pink square

at the bottom of the right column. Write the amount (in euros ?) and

click on " " Effettua la donazione " (= make donation) to enter a page

where you can pay by credit card or, if you have an account, by Paypal.

If this page were in Italian, please select your country " Stati Uniti "

in the line " Paese " and the page will change into English language.
