Hi Sickbldgs list friends,

As many of you know, I was seeing a terrific Natural Dr (ND) who is also an

applied kinesiolgist. After 3 years of trying various Drs, I decided to try a

more natural approach and met Dr Tristin Wallace (aka " Dr T " ), who was based in

CT at the time. She had a completely different approach to healing - something

that I had never experienced before. Most Drs were suggesting that I take

different types of pharma medications while my thyroid and breathing were in

very bad shape. I was not feeling any relief and in fact, was getting worse and

worse. My poor body wasn't responding. When I met Dr T, she described that I

would need to be very open to a different approach to healing - one that doesn't

focus on routine tests, bloodwork, etc but rather applied kinesiology and

adjustments - a way of hearing what my body needed. The short version is that

after seeing Dr T for several months and not using any pharmaceutical medication

- but instead herbal remedies and supplements, my thyroid returned to the

" normal " range. Note: I did not take synthroid. It corrected itself through

the type of food that I ate, combined with the supplemental herbal support. Dr

T has been a gift in my life, and while I am so sad that she moved to the west

coast, I am happy for any of you that are able to see her. Please keep an open

mind - she will not talk with you about the biochemistry of mold, etc - rather,

she will do a very thorough intake (more than anything I have ever experienced

before) and do some very cool AK muscle testing to see where you need the most

support to help your body move toward healing. I can't recommend her enough. I

realize that this approach is not for everyone... and that is ok. Also, if you

have been on pharma meds, it would be very important that you discuss that with

Dr T as some of those meds are not going to mix well with some supplements. I

also should mention that I lost about 11 pounds within 2 weeks of meeting her

and changing my diet as she recommended... despite my thyroid being off the

charts. Obviously, this isnt about weight loss, but it was a nice bonus to this

healing journey! I understand that the state of WA has a law that insurance

companies MUST accept receipts from NDs for reimbursement? If you're interested

in contacting Dr T, here is her info:
