Guest guest
Our brain is an amazing sponge, it has the ability to rewire itself and repair as well as regenerate. I am walking proof. 14 months of PT for neuro-muscular reeducation, finally getting normal numbers in certain parts of the brain while doing bio-feedback. Very proud of my parietal and frontal lobes. Now I'm working on the cortical area. The hardest part was getting the brain to slow down and getting the right and left side to talk to each other again. For me it was realizing what was broken and figuring out the right tools to assist my body in healing. Whether it be anti-fungals, supplements, CSM, PT and bio-feedback. My physical therapist would be in awe on occasions for my cheering out loud for one of my body parts and sending all the positive encouragement mentally to that limb or muscle that I could muster so I could have it hear my brains signals again. None of this is easy and can be extremely taxing but I believe if you truly want it in can be done. It never happens overnight but if you try a little everyday the journey gets a little easier and a little less tiring. I believe in the power of healing when you acknowledge the cause and not the symptoms a
