Anvil is a pyrethroid, which is a synthetic pyrethrins. Pyrethrins are

extracted from plants and are very costly. So the industry when with

synthetics. Anvil is a mixture of sumithirn (sic), piperonyl butoxide and

petroleum distillates.

To answer your question: aerial spraying will leave everything in its path

contaminated. Drift from the aerial spraying can cover miles.

[] HELP/Pesticides/ SUMETHRIN POISOINING

Hi All,

As you all know we were fogged by mosquito Control in May. I am having breast

pain since. Some days so painful, it is pretty bad. Never had anything like

this. Does anyone know what to do for Sumethrin ?

So happy you are back !!  Thank you for your responce.  They sent me the

MSDS and I look into what ever was written and found what you have said.  So

basically I am on continuous exposure here and everything is ruined

again.........and the pain I now have I had never had before ........can it be

treated ??

I am on the call list and was on the list when I got fogged.  They failed to

call, then they failed to keep the radius I had already established with them.

They they tried to tell me my babies( had a virus or something) I did not

believe because they both went down hill after the fogging, and I am having

problems as well.  The other adult and baby fared a little better than the

other

3.  We were 5. Now 4.

God Bless !!

The virus is a cop out diagnosis. You need to get away from the area for a few

days so you can start to recover. Unfortunately, the pyrethroids and their

breakdown products persist of sometime in the environment.

Thank you ,

I knew it was a cop out.  So I read some more and looked but meanwhile my

little

girl died. (Peek) and my boy became paralized and I am in severe pain and

inflamation.  I am so mad at those people you cannot imagine our suffering from

that stuff.  I am fighting with medicaid meanwhile to get me to a Dr and they

have no Dr of environmental medicine on their lists.  Now they are looking out

of state.   I am dizzy with the circles.

God Bless !!

soory for your loss Mayleen, I dont know that you would be much better off be

fight with medicaid and them finding you a doctor, cant you just go to a doctor

that takes medicaid and worry about the fight over coverage later, if there is

any?

while everything may not be covered some will. maybe you can round up the money

for what isn't?

I just wouldn't hold much confidence in a medicaid finding you a doctor and not

even all environmental doctors know what to do here.
