Guest guest
Yes, Elly, I have done liver flush drinks with olive oil many times. It works very well for flushing toxins and gallstones from the liver (and I believe restoring enzyme balance, not sure). I did it this way: In the morning on an empty stomach drink 8 oz of water. Wait 15 minutes, then have flush drink: 8 oz fresh squeezed orange or apple juice 8 oz water 1 T olive oil 1 raw clove garlic 1 piece ginger root (same size as garlic clove to prevent nausea) Process in blender until smooth. Drink all at once. Sit still for a while. Do not eat for at least 30 minutes. You may feel a bit full and sluggish that morning and want to skip breakfast. If you get nauseous chew on more ginger root. You can skip the garlic and still get good benefit. You can do this morning liver flush drink 5 mornings in a row for maximum benefit. Each morning you increase the olive oil by 1 T so that by the fifth day you are having 5 T olive oil. My dad just did this (for 3 mornings) and he feels better and says he feels lighter. anita --- From: Elly Has anyone experience with olive oil? My hypersensitivity seems to calm down since I drink some days cold pressed olive oil, there is a cure for galbladderstones with olive oil and citrus, I wander if olive oil can clean up mycotoxins or fungi in the body. All supplements and diet i did up to now was not enough, this seems to sustain very, Elly
Guest guest
Anita, what happens after this drink? Is it safe to go out...or should you do this on a day you are staying home?? My GI doctor said MRI showed I had 'sludge' in gallbladder. I asked him what that was. He said it could turn into stones but not to worry about it, very common...of course they don't think you should worry about anything bec then you might become healthy and not need their services at all. I remember having broken a tooth on an unpoped popcorn kernel and saying to my dentist, well that is it for popcorn and him saying, I should continue to enjoy it, no reason to give it up and I realized whose side they are on! > > Yes, Elly, I have done liver flush drinks with olive oil many times. Guest guest
Milk thistle is a very safe and very effective liver detox agent. Ask your doctor about it. If he/she doesn't know, tell them to research for you or find a new doctor. Guest guest
elly, maybe you have a mercury problem, check out, a group frequent dose chelation. also cracked a tooth. if you goggle natural anti fungals, you will find oil of oregano, caprylic acid(from coconut oil), garlic, grapeseed extract, olive oil. if you have yeast, be careful with the orange juice in the drink. mercury people almost alway have yeast problems due to the high levels of mercury. i wonder the sludge in gallbladder. i am on csm for mold and if i understand it correctly, it goes to the gallbladder first and binds to the mold toxins and helps detox through the bowels. it has helped me some al ready, been on it a month. d ________________________________ From: barb b w <barb1283@...> Sent: Sat, January 22, 2011 1:58:25 PM Subject: [] Re: olive oil- hypersensitivity Anita, what happens after this drink? Guest guest
Barbara It depends. The first time I ever did it I think I might have had the runs a bit pretty soon afterward, but then it never happened again after that. You never know. Plan on staying home that first morning. Believe it or not, sludge and gunk are actually medical terms for that buildup in the gallbladder/liver. This flush drink will clean that out. When I did this drink I was doing it in conjuction with a liver cleanse and also drank a detox tea afterwards (a bunch of herbs and spices, available at herbdoc.com) and also took an herbal formula tincture with milk thistle, and was eating all raw. It was great. Too bad all that is impossible for me now after the mold exposure. I can't even handle a little olive oil to eat. Hopefully again one day. But the flush drink does wonders all by itself even without doing the whole cleanse. anita ---From: barb b w Anita, what happens after this drink? Guest guest
Yes, , I think there is a link with the metals and the exposure to fungi. Oregano I have very good results with, too, for my gut and for my nerve system. I bought extra capsules. I'm happy to know how good specefic oils help, but now I'm sure the hypersensitivity became better also just because of avoiding my 'infected' laptop. I use internet in the library now and my health is much better, otherwise my hair, paper, clothes are immediately again infected. It is SO strange: Family and friends don't feel this exposure. I cannot enter the houses of brother , sister and mother anymore too. I think because of textile of family which takes the molecules with them, Elly ps for my clothes I did not yet try borax, I hear different opinions about, but shampoo for the hair using for my clothes REALLY helps, it is a combination of aloe and jojoba > > elly, > maybe you have a mercury problem, check out, a group frequent dose > chelation. Guest guest
Thanks Anita, I will compare with the protocol of a doctor in Cyprus, detoxmetals.com or something like that, there I first read, there I discovered for metals koriander herb, in combination with other herbs , for detox metals. This oil diet asks courage, I think he advises some salt too to make the channels very flexible for big stones too. > > Yes, Elly, I have done liver flush drinks with olive oil many times. Guest guest
Thanks for all the info on this. I have to mention though, some people saying flushing gallstones from the liver. Of course gallstones come from the gallbladder, not liver. > > Yes, Elly, I have done liver flush drinks with olive oil many times. Guest guest
Ha, yes, you are right. I didn't notice that I wrote the drink flushes gallstones from the liver, ha. No, I meant from the gallbladder of course. The flush drink flushes both the liver and the gallbladder. Thanks for pointing that out. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: barb b w Thanks for all the info on this.
