Guest guest
<<I am a Registered Nurse and my husband is a Paremedic. My older children know the first aid, CPR, and any medical instructions we can teach them.....but no medical background will ever be enough with what any family with a special needs child go through.>> Welcome Deanna, True it may not be enough but just think you, your hubby and older kids can all help each other survive while the little one is trying to drive you all crazy. My husband and I have often wished one of us was a paramedic or a nurse like the time broke my nose with a head butt. ooooops don't want to scare you haha.........but many of us may be seeking your advice and if you should experience any physical mishaps along the way you know you can always come here and cry and laugh about it with us. So happy to " meet " you all. Sherry mom to 17, DS and Autism and hardheaded
Guest guest
Thanks Sherry for the welcome. God bless ya on the broke nose..haha. I'm not laughing at you just with you. We don't have anything broken yet, but there are some pretty bruises noted..haha (husband)makes jokes about how the girls at work are gonna think he (husband) was to rough with me. When was born and very weak we I used to pray for him to be strong as ever when he got older....boy did that prayer get answered.haha I still rather have him this way. You guys can teach us all about dual dx. and we can give advise on injury. Thanks again for the welcome. deanna --- Sherry Muhs wrote: > <<I am a Registered Nurse and my husband is a > Paremedic.
