Well there ya go. Dr. Wedner could expertly testify for FEMA that if

people are complaining of nose bleeds from environmental exposures; science

holds that sticking marbles up your nose will cause you to be one never to get

a nose bleed again. Problem solved!

of my brother-in-law. He would tell of his childhood days when he
