Guest guest
What about healthy yeasts that your body needs in digestive tract which can be supplied by probiotics containing certain strains of yeasts and homemade kefir and kraut and other fermented vegetables? I am currently taking saccharomyces boulardii (active probiotic culture) to help control clostridia infection. Its a balancing yeat in the intestines. If our intestines are also made up of friendly yeasts.. are these yeasts dangerous for us? What about other supps made from yeasts (not sure which ones and how..) one example may be Co Q 10 from red rice yeast and some enzymes made from natto like nattokinase? Thanks..
