The late great Dr Marinkovich's nasal wash recipe.   filtered water, 1/4 sea

salt and 1/4 aluminum free baking soda (anti-fungal).  once a day.   DO NOT

SWITCH netting pot from left to right during wash.  switch sides every day.  

One day on the right side, the next day on the left. gives a better cleanse

It comes in a bottle and was something the allergist told me to buy. Not

sure whats in it. I will go read the vottle and let you know
