Guest guest
Mr Grimes, Thanks for your input. The FDA seized only two different types of ozone machines out of the numerous ozone machines being sold by AOS because of the medical claims AOS was making on those two specific models. Its the claims not the ozone itself. When you watch TV you see all the commercials every single day of lawyers advertising lawsuits against particular drug/pharmaceutical companies naming the various FDA approved drugs that have caused devestating effects on the human body. Worth it to be said again " FDA approved. " In modern pharmecuticals some say the cure is worse then the disease becuase of the negative impact it has on your health from taking the FDA approved drugs. Also its no secret these same pharmecutical companies make huge contributions to the FDA which one could assume its for a reason. Actually you should research the the current investigation on just how pharmecutical companies had a huge role to play on the WHO world health orginization swine flu propaganda/fear campaign and its influences over the WHO. When you study Ozone therapy you find that its widely used for medicinal purposes in other countries and gaining ground in USA as well. The FDA in my opinion is the hobglobin of corruption, it is the last source i would use for the final word on safety of medicine or other medicinal protocols. In my opinion since Ozone can not be patented Ozone therapy will continue to be ignored and or shuned by the " medical community " . Sorry dont mean to sound rude but the more research i do on the FDA, pharmecutical companies the more i get upset. Thanks again for your input, know your in the business and have lots of insight. Elias p.s. The rockefellers have cornered the pharmecutical companies/markets since the 1930's. So like speed reader says, lets go to the library and " check it out " From: Carl E. Guest guest
Group, I am troubled by the response to me from Elias and feel it deserves a reply on several important points. Some are stated and some are implied. Because of the nature of my issues with him I felt it important to respond privately and not disrupt the group. That said, I also felt it important that all of you know I have not ignored him. Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC ----- Mr Grimes, Thanks for your input. Guest guest
Hi Elias, Please read my February 1 posting, again (below). The FDA specifically states not to put it into your rectum or vagina, and that ozone is harmful to the respiratory system. So, whether you put it in your ear or elsewhere, you will be killing yourself much faster than any mold exposure is killing you now. After the ozone has destroyed your lungs, and you are dying from irreversible emphysema, you will look back to the " good old days " , [of TODAY] when your only problem was mold exposure. God Bless, Joe ............................................................ U.S. Marshals Seize Unapproved Ozone Generators Posted by: " Joe Salowitz " josephsalowitz@... josephsalowitz Mon Feb 1, 2010 8:37 am (PST) My Cole Petrochko, Staff Writer, MedPage Today Published: January 31, 2010 WASHINGTON -- U.S. Marshals have seized 77 unapproved ozone generators, valued at almost $76,000 from a California device manufacturer, the FDA announced. The devices were advertised as treatments for various conditions, including cancer, AIDS, hepatitis, herpes, and other diseases, but lacked approval or efficacy data to support the claims made on their behalf, an FDA release said. The raid came after the company, Applied Ozone Systems (AOS) of Auburn, Calif., failed to respond to a voluntary recall request last December, the agency said. The FDA raised concerns that patients using AOS-IM and AOS-IMD devices will consider it an appropriate treatment for an affliction and delay or stop FDA-approved and proven medical treatments. Patients using the devices may risk infection from contamination of the applicator or catheter, the release said. The FDA recommended that healthcare professionals and consumers cease use of the devices. The agency said it obtained an inspection warrant for the company's manufacturing facilities after the owner refused to admit FDA inspectors. It said the inspection revealed several breaches of the FDA's good manufacturing practice requirements for medical devices, which had never been approved in the first place. Ozone is an unstable allotrope of oxygen with three atoms, instead of the normal two. Ozone generators produce ozone from oxygen and have consumer and industrial applications, but ozone itself is harmful to the respiratory system, even at relatively low concentrations. Instructions with the Applied Ozone Systems devices suggest blowing ozoned air into the rectal and vaginal areas. Friday's seizure was part of a joint effort of the FDA and the California Department of Public Health to remove or prevent unapproved or unsafe medical devices from entering the market. A statement on the company's Web site said the two ozone generator models, which sold for $750 and $1,200 respectively, were no longer available by order of the FDA and California authorities. http://tinyurl.com/yhpoomw
