what kind of scans will they do on your lungs to detect the possible

lung disease?

ps hope the cipro helps, my son on tetracycline right now for salmonella

found in stool, h pylori was also high but so far they aren't treating

that. sue v

Right, I know that. When you're having explosive diarrhea, it's not at all hard

to imagine that it might splash where it shouldn't. 

What I was wondering is if I might have gotten the overgrowth of bacteria in the

bowel from exposure to bacteria from my WDB, since this has never happened. So I

was wondering if there are specific kinds of bacteria that tend to be found in a

WDB as opposed to in food poisoning, which I have been told does not stick

around such that it causes 3 bouts of gastroenteritis--two, yes, but not 3. At

least, I've been told in the ER that that would be unlikely.

High resolution Ct scans 

 

  Type of bacteria you would like to know.  specific antibiotics for certain

bacterias
