Aspergillus fumigatus Induces Immunoglobulin E-Independent Mast Cell

We hypothesized that A. fumigatus contributes to this decline by inducing

pulmonary mast cell degranulation even in the absence of antigen-specific

immunoglobulin E (IgE).
