If you are controlling/treating infections, that should RESULTS in less

inflamation as a natural consequence. They aren't opposites. What is

your question concerning endotoxins. They are just a name for toxins that

bacteria give off, as described here before by Dr Thrasher. Reading a

definition of endotoxins from some place like wiki should answer any questions.
