Guest guest
Do you mean at the side of your intestines or all the way up at your stomach? I am also thin and have candida and have lots of digestive issues as a result and I do feel lumps at different times as the food or gas passes through the intestines. I also tend to feel something at the sides of my waist where the colon bends as I have polyps and they get a bit inflamed and need some movement to get the food passing out of them. Very gentle and slight massage of these lumps/areas is helpful, but be careful to do it lightly. Do you have regular bowel movements? If not that could explain some of the lumps you feel. Make sure you take something like cascara sagrada or whatever works for you to get the bowels moving regularly. Magnesium works well for me as I am also deficient in it. Don't know if I addressed your particular issue or not but hope this helps. anita ---In ldelp84227 wrote--- I wanted to ask those with candida if anyone has this symptom. Lots of times when I wake up I feel a puffy not hard but feels like fluid on my right side about the size of my palm or hand. Usually I rub my belly and after a while I don't feel it anymore. I doesn't hurt. Also many times I feel hard lumps on the left side but if feels like possibly my stools. Since I am so thin, maybe that is what I am feeling. Not always there either. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this feeling. Thanks
Guest guest
I am not sure where the intestines are located exactly. I guess I should after all these years of reading. Not even sure where the pancreas is located. I guess the location could be if I have my hand on the spot on the right side of my belly my wrist would be abou t parallel to my belly button and the tips of my fingers are where you leg begins. My hand kind of rests inside my hip bone if you can understand this description. Guess I should know where body parts are located. So much to read anymore. Yes I do get backed up some, but I do eat yogart and eat oatmeal to help that problem. I do rub but softly. Thanks for responding.
Guest guest
Maybe you should get an ultrasound of area. To me sounds like it could be an ovarian cyst. They can change sizes, although not quickly. Good thing to check into. A cousin had a 'loop' in her intestine that caused a blockage and then she needed emergency surgery, and er surgery you can't pick your doctor and it was screwed up! > > I am not sure where the intestines are located exactly. Guest guest
Hi , if that description below was trying to identify your pancreas, sorry but you weren't even close. But no matter, as like anything else, if it is not your field of knowledge, you are not expected to know. Despite massive marketing, otc yoghurt is nearly worthless. And if you, as most, purchase low fat or no-fat, that is just so much the worse. No one on this list should be consuming ANY dairy which is not raw. None. zero. 'Regular' oatmeal is also just crapohydrates. To eat oatmeal as our ancestors did, it first must in the right form, (chopped whole oats) then prepared correctly - either pre-soaked in (real) water or raw butterrmilk, or better yet, lactofermented. Then and only then is it completely rendered toxin free and the nutrients become bio-available. So, how are you preparing yours? See, not so simple (initially, until you get the hang of it), is it. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of ldelp84227 Sent: Monday, January 31, 2011 12:32 PM Subject: [] Re: candida discussion I am not sure where the intestines are located exactly. Guest guest
---From: ldelp84227 ---I am not sure where the intestines are located exactly. I guess I should after all these years of reading. NO WORRIES, here is a picture where you can see what they look like and where they are: http://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/picture-of-the-intestines ---I guess the location could be if I have my hand on the spot on the right side of my belly my wrist would be abou t parallel to my belly button and the tips of my fingers are where you leg begins. My hand kind of rests inside my hip bone if you can understand this description. YES PERFECTLY. That is where I thougt you meant. I sometimes get the same thing. It is an area of my colon (I think it's the colon and not the small intestine but I could be wrong) that enlarges temporariiy. I am thinking it is a weak spot that has to do with inflammation, but I don't really know. It doesn't happen to me when I'm doing better and happens again when my digestive tract is doing worse. ---Yes I do get backed up some, but I do eat yogart and eat oatmeal to help that problem. I CAN'T STRESS enough how important it is to go at least once a day. If you don't go that often you can take things to move it along like cascara sagrada or magnesium. Probiotics are important too. ---I do rub but softly. GOOD. ---Thanks for responding. MY PLEASURE . best wishes, anita
Guest guest
yup. witha bullet. No terrestial (oops, big word, sorry) mammal can survive, much less thrive, on otc milk. Are you familiar with how much pus is allowd by the fda in otc milk? Yummy. On raw, absolutely, especially when from same species. It's all a marketing scam of enormous proportion, like so many things in our society. Guest guest
if you have candida, yogurt and oatmeal may not be a good idea. if you're at the initial stages of treating candida, it's best to stop all milk products, even milk from nuts and grains. most people need to avoid it for 6 months or longer. have you been checked for gluten sensitivities? it's common for people who have been exposed to mold to not tolerate gluten. oat does contain a small amount of gluten. how big are the bumps that you feel? if it comes and goes quickly, it's most likely poop. try to feel where the swelling is. does it feel like it's under your skin or deeper inside and then let us know. i hope that's helpful. > > I am not sure where the intestines are located exactly. Guest guest
Thanks for your response. Yea I know I wasn't thinking the area of concern was the pancreas. I was just saying I don't know where all body parts are located. I have mainly read info on mold, chemicals, and candida. After a while you can only read so much. I don't drive so what food I get is brought to me. I don't get to really shop and pick what foods I want --only on ocassion. That is something that happened along with getting sick. The court let the landlord have my car. If you can believe that. I lost my health and my car that was paid for and low mileage. I just eat quaker oats. It is hard to know what to eat after a while. > > Hi , > if that description below was trying to identify your pancreas,

Guest guest
I have a firend on chemo for lupus. She has the lupus in her internal organs and sometimes doens;t have a MB for days. Unless she drinks raw goat milk. If she has raw goat milk everryday she goes everryday. It's like one of the only things she digests. Look up raw milk diets. Yes. it is all in knowing the source but I be damned if you have any idea where you pasteruized, homogenized milk comes from. It may have a dozen dairies milk in one glass of milk. If you haven't seen the power point from Rawmilk.org watch it, posted earlier. And the reason ou don't like goat milk now is that ou probably got goat milk from someone who doens't know what they are doing. Mayleen posted good advice on milk. Make mine raw. Guest guest
Thank you Meredith, All I know is for years (15) or maybe more I suffered from agonizing pain that left me nearly passed out when i ate. It disrupted my life tremendously to the point of being afraid to eat. Having social life you name it it took it away from me. I now know it was processed foods. As soon as I stopped eating it, it was gone. Just as fast as it came. Too bad I suffered for so long. ________________________________ From: fontanafool <productionking04@...> Sent: Sat, February 5, 2011 9:59:42 PM Subject: [] Re: candida discussion I have a firend on chemo for lupus.
