Guest guest
Different colors have different affects on the body. A narrow example is that the warm colors stimulate (yellow for constipation) & the cold colors sedate (indigo to depress thyroid). There's more to it - blue is also oxygen & my friend on oxygen 24/7 could exercise longer with blue light on her palm on the point that corrersponds to the lungs. We need light & we use the diff colors. Colored light therapy has been used since ancient times. The first was before Aristotle - another name beginning with A (I forget). Colors also correspond to elements - red/ hydrogen, orange/calcium. When using color therapy you are getting the particular color you need- like taking a specific vitamin instead of a multi. In it's infant stages this therapy was used by a doc in a hospital that said she'd give up her practice if she couldn't use it anymore. The effects are subtle but after falling asleep for hours with the light on me several times I have no doubts about the efficacy. > > > > I've been using color therapy with great results >
