You can test early morning phlegm as well as nasal secretions (snot) for fungal

and bacterial growth as well as mycotoxins. RealTime Laboratories does this

testing.

[] testing for fungal infection/Re: anyone doing

nebulizer treatments?

Dr Thrasher and Sally..

One reason I stoppeed the steriod.. fungus promoting potential.. do not

udnerstand why a pulmonary md would prescribe these without thinking about this

and checkign for fungal infection as the cause in the first place. craziness.

I took nasal glut for a while and it caused a huge die off in my sinuses so I

stopped.. afraid of it now and afraid of nebulized and what would happen.. that

should tell me something and now I am wondering how to test for fungus infection

in respiratory tract.

I did a nasal swab that showed nothing.

Thank you..

Robin
