Guest guest
primary insomnia so heres a big breakthrough, insomnia related to neurochemical imbalance. now if you take out the word primary, because it's stated that primary insomnia accures without a coexisting condition, maybe you could add the words " toxin induced " instead. and neurochemical imbalance do to less GABA is leaving the door wide open for what might cause it. now I do have damage to the nervous system, PNS and CNS. and I can fell what is happening in both my PNS ans CNS when I am re-exposed to a chemical/toxin and it does cause insomnia. less GABA means more excitation, anxiety type symptoms. yep! so you cant sleep plus if your sinuses are like mine you well continue to get more irritating effects. and this does happen when you have chemical sensitivity and there is something in your space thats aggervating it. this is when something is at a very low dose to where you might have a hard time figureing out what it is or finding the sorce. low enough that it didn't cause a coughing attack in your lungs but you just keep felling worse and worse the longer it's in your space. http://news.health.com/2008/11/04/primary-insomnia-tied-brain-neurochemical-imba\ lance/ what is GABA What is GABA? GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is the most abundant inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. While GABA is an amino acid, it is classified as a neurotransmitter and helps induce relaxation and sleep. It balances the brain by inhibiting over-excitation. GABA contributes to motor control, vision, and many other cortical functions. Anxiety is also regulated by GABA. Some drugs that increase the level of GABA in the brain are used to treat epilepsy and to calm the trembling of people suffering from Huntington's disease. > > NEUROCHEMICAL IMBALANCES/FIBROMYALGIA > http://www.nationalpainfoundation.org/neurochemical-imbalances.php >
