Sorry to hear you have not been well. Sewer gas will also make you very sick. 

Plus the mold.  If you are cleaning are you protecting yourself while doing it

!  A P100 particle respirator. to protect your respiratory. 

If you have documented everything and taken pictures you should move.

i knowthis is why i don't understand why housing is ignoring the note from the

dr i should've been released from here the day they got the note not thjem to be

waiting on paperwork to finish my recertification which is what i'm trying to

get together i didn't realize what was wrong with me until i did the mold test

in june on my apartment. i'm so tired of this crap i feel like death warmed over

and i know there was sewqerage coming up through my pipes when i threw out my

shower curtain rod it was sizzling in the dumpster. i am seeing more and more

contamination i didn't know ther was mold in here i got hit by a car 2 years ago

this month and i wgot behind on house dcleaning i have been accussed of hoarding

meanwhile all i was doing is i bought plastic bins to transfer my xmas stufdf

etc too but then i got too numb nad sick i got too far behind they took my son

accusd me of ovretaking medicne i did admit to smoking a little bit of pot so

they blamed my seizure and my faiting which were within 2 years on that and it's

not that it's the mold and the sewerage that was hard to figure out cuz i oppen

my windows i miss my son they sent him to another state i am so mad right now

noone has tried to help me just accuse me of being a druggie an hoarder just

crush my confidence and then i figure out my house is loaded with black mo0ld

and that's what i've been cleaning up for almost 5 years now it keeps growing

back i can't think staright half the time it's like being a space cadet when my

son told me he forgot to get on the school bus he really did i called school

they told me it was his rsponsibility this is a child that is in 4 th and 5th

grade when i get out of her i am going to contact superintendentof schools etc

ertc etc i am really sick of being trated .ike crap from gov't agencies that

should be helping not judging sorry i don't think anyone understands except for

this group cuz some of you know what i'm talking about i've had all th symptoms

except death my heart ois crushed right now it was my sons 12th bday yesterday

and his f---- is a jerk i got less than 5 minutes to talk to him i miss my son i

was raisied in foster homes i don't have family to help me out i am a strong

person but this mold has kicked my a--

You will continue to get sicker until you will not be able to ever recover, or

you will die. You must move now, anything, living in the park, or on the street

is better than staying in a place that is killing you. Why bother to go see Dr

Gray? it will do no good, he will just tell you the same thing, you must move

yeah i understand that after i walked over to the fire dept and they brohey sent

a cop back with me the complex came into my apt without my permission and they

wer downstairs until 3or later the next day they have also looks like placed a

big swere thing on the other side they have gotten away with covering up there

was a problem and have fixed it it looks like but i am still sitting here

waiting on housing to tellme i am releasd from this apt complex period and they

have not done that yet. they knew ther was a problem and didn't do enough to

find the problem instead of sitting the and doing their best to keep me here

tied up in a lease. it's so obvious i am not feeling good meanwhile to even go

to lay at the pool area at night to sleep which i have done or lay on my balcony

the pool and jacuzzi they were someohow able to keep loaded with chemicals to

pass inspection. i found the apt where they were storing it i thought it was

paint. it was chlorine i believe. i figured it out i don't know if they realize

how much i have figured out but i am very very unhappy that they put my health

my sons health the aniumals health everyones at risk. they would've gotten more

respect going door to door and saying they were double checking work that was

done on the property then i wouldn't be so upset but to lay here for 2 years

almost wondering what knockd me on my butt isn't cool. now i am going to lose

all my things and walk away with no kid no nothing so they can make a buck off

of gov't money. and then there are people unaware thre houss are full of mold

and other things and they are also getting paqid for thm to rent from them

meanwhile people think thy're health issues are normal and i know better. i am

going to try really hard tomorrow to try to talk to epa and make sense enough to

whre they come and check it out even though they did some things it still needs

to be cleaned up in this whole complex not just keep a tenqant in their lease or

when they move out remove the carpets etc like they did right after i went to

the fire dept. i'm sorry i'm not trying to get any piuty. i am just don't know

how some people sleep at night. i am tired and my body hurts and is tired of

every day trying to feel better and good enough to even gt up and try to do

something. i would like back rent for the past 5 years money to replace my stuff

like beds, kitchen table, etc and my son back and pain and suffering at this

point. a new place to live right now dosn't even begin to replace what my family

has suffered but i know it's better than nothing. i'm not going to say anything

more i am really depressed and frustrated and don't feel good i qam just

disgusted and feel totally ignored bu that's okay i am going to dop something

about it. i wish i knew if i had to stay in this state to persue court related

things or if i can leave the state and still persue things so i know where to

move to when i leave. my gut says stay here and fight it all the way and if i

get nowhere lhen leave. any suggestions? ty i am going to take a walk for a few

minutes and clear my head.

Donna,

You are in a very difficult situation and I'm sorry to hear you are

getting no help. Or even recognition for your needs.

Please do not focus only on mold. You also have sewage issues.

Sewage has infectious bacteria, virus, and blood borne

pathogens. This needs to be taken care of first, especially since

you mentioned previously you are tired of having infections.

Mold can occasionally infect but 99% or more of the time it is

non-infectious reactions from the mold. Don't discount the mold,

just don't focus ONLY on the mold.

Also, if you push the need for cleaning up sewage and fixing the

reason for the sewage backflow you will probably get more help

and much of the mold issue will be taken care of along with it.
