Although I have been staying away from wheat. I was told

oatmeat was okay to eat. (gluten free)

Great, I was getting really tired of fruit and eggs for breakfast.

I usually made plain ole Quaker Oat Meal, nice w/ a bit of stevia

and cinnamon.

Anyway, I was @ Trader Joes shopping and noticed ther Organic Steel Oatmeal.I

bought it and made it tonight for tommorrow`s

breakfast. I`am not good in the morning and this takes 30 minutes

to prepare.I noticed on the package it said 100% grain. Is this okay if I`am

trying to stay away from grains?

What makes this different than Quaker oatmeal? Hope this makes sense...
