Dilemma... help, please, thanks...

Been real sick again with infections so I went to my PCP (through my insurance)

and he prescribed Oral mouth rinse Nystatin and Cephalexin (capsules). I'm not

sure if I want to take them because of the side effects and my private

preventative doctor has advised me not to take anti-fungals because they are

hard on the liver and he wont prescribe them to me; I also think it's because I

already have so many symptoms that he may be worried about the side effects for

me...

The question is: Has anyone here taken any of these anti-fungals and did you

have major side effects?

I'm also not sure at this point what natural remedies I could take in place of

the anti-fungals that would be strong enough? Any suggestions would be greatly

appreciated.
