food allergies and LDA therapy

Thank you for your suggestion regarding CSM. In general I don't take drugs,

because I do not respond well to them. Since some of my most severe symptoms are

nausea and diarrhea, I don't think I'm a good candidate for CSM. I also tend to

have low cholesterol, so I'm concerned that it would be lowered further. If

anyone has other suggestions for food allergies triggered by mold, please let me

know.

My food allergy tests have come back negative, but it may be because I have not

eaten any of the things that I am allergic to for years. I could be considered

as having a food sensitivity rather than an allergy, although to me if I vomit

something out, it doesn't matter what you diagnose it as, I obviously can't eat

something.

A environmental medicine specialist suggested I try LDA (low dose allergen)

therapy for mold allergies. Has anyone tried it? If so, what were the results?

Thank you!

Momoko
