Dr Shoemaker - need advice again please

make the most of this visit?

Write EVERYTHING down you want to ask so you don't forget. I always have 2

copies one for me one for him. AND write everything down he tells you so

you can remember it when you leave. Your 1st visit is long and a lot to

discuss so taking note helps. Or at least write it down as soon as you leave

while it's fresh in your mind. If your like me I sit and really listen but

then it's gone within minutes so I always take notes or have my husband do it.
