Guest guest
Mel - The terms Mystery and Miracle are used when one/we/doctors don't understand a certain effect. The keyword is 'understand'. Reasons for not understanding may be illiteracy laziness to learn bound to particular paradigms fanatism profit and mixes of those. In this mailing list (and others) we are trying to cure or at least manage our disease. We use the experience from others search for sources and references - many biased ask doctors - mostly educated by the pharma/medical hitech industry ask nutrinionists - often fixed to a certain regimen try to come to convincing conclusions report about our measures. Difficult? You bet. But if we are honest to each other we have a big advantage over the industrialized medical community. One more about miracles. The hypothesis that almost all diseases are psychosomatic may be true. So, solving mental problems is a way to go. Supporting that by a healthy lifestyle and nutrition sounds reasonable. Is success from that a miracle? If you believe in your chosen regimen, is success a result from your strong faith or a miracle? About anointing - external use of flax oil is common. Dr Budwig and others had good success with it. It is explained with the energy loaded in the electrons of the seeds and oils. This goes for internal application as well as for e.g. enemas. Read her books. Guest guest
Thanks Bee, I took 4,000 g Vit C after I read Dr. Mikes email and than 4,000 more 3 hours later. The pain went away last nite and I " moved " this morning. I thought the C would affect my stomache but it didn't. I have had problems in the past with C causing some problems. Does excess C work like a laxiative or how does that work? I feel really good this morning. Thanks Dr. Mike! Jeanne

Their website is very confusing. If you search for coconut oil, you may not even find Jamaican Gold. I had to search for it very specifically to find it. Guest guest
> Selma and everyone, I started two essential oils a month ago from a doc who trained with Dr. K...and let me tell you, they are STRONG! (I take them orally) They have the rizol you mentioned Selma, also artemisia, walnut oil, oregano, garlic and a few other things. I had major breathing problems (suspecting a huge herx) about a week after starting them. I've heard there's a compound called thujone in essential oils that is a neurotoxin and so I've been concerned a bit about taking them. has anyone else heard about this? Guest guest
Hi Robin, Dont' ask me... No idea either. The local Klinghardt institute here charges next to nothing for handling, but we have to pay the shipment of course. They started giving me discounts lately, I did'nt ask for any, so I'm still buying from them. Have you tried merely salty water with Himalayan salt ( not very strong dilution though, only enough to feel it 'salty') for your electrolytes? The K. institute here sells no more Biopure electrolytes but recommends us to do our own Himalayan salty solution. That's what I've been doing. I never used the real electrolyte solution though to compare. I just got a prescription to buy one rizol now, and I'll probably start sometime next week. But someone here's been using it with good results. I just started reading about them lately in lymenet. As I got some fungal infections, my naturopath just recommended me (and also for bartonella??). Don't ask me why... I got a positive bartonella again, so I'm going agaisnt it next. She told me to use both KMT and rizol (here called Para Rizol N-Y) in the bathtube that should act for both my skin and for bartonella. I'll let you know. I tried quite many products against fungal infections, I find they are all ineficient so far. Just can keep my symptoms down. gotta go! Guest guest
Ginny, I LOVE 'essential oils' but I only use them for fun, & I love the smell so much, and the fragrance last so long. There is a store in Brooklyn NY that was my favorite. (don't know if its still there). they sell thousands of these oils. I would put baby powder (smell) on the rug in my bathroom, the Lavender or Rosemary in the bedrooms and what ever else I love in my car carpet. I just love them. I haven't used any of these as hope for anything else besides a great smelling home and car. they also have them in message oils, which I love too. they also sell them all over in Manhattan which I miss. the ones you can buy in the street, the price are so cheap compared to the ones in the stores that just sell these oils. I know this wasn't what you were asking, but I just love these oils. a little in the washer rinse cycle is nice too. Guest guest
Rose, I appreciate your response to my question. I too love the smells it adds to the home. I attended a forum on asperger and there was a panelist who is a nurse practioner and message therapist. She was telling us she now has 49 patients, all with different diagnosis but under the umbrella of autism like asperger. She talked of using different oils and as well massaging pressure points to help when kids are really upset. I am seriously considering calling her a setting up us an appointment to see what she has to offer. Our ds doesn't have the times of great anger but he does have lows in his mood and it seems like something that would help smooth some of those times. I've notice he rubs his hands through his hair during some of his stressful times. Thanks, Ginny > I've been reading about the benefits of certain smells such as > lavendar. Guest guest
Ginny, that all sounds great, but would you still need to teach him that anger feeling when it first starts and how to handle it? for the days he doesn't have an appointment with that massage therapist. I think both would work great together. My son had, and sometimes still gets those angry moments (when someone is annoying him), or things don't work out his way. So, I had to teach him what to do when that happens, how to handle and control his anger. then he went to a few yoga and karate classes. we stopped that because it just got to expensive. (we did the yoga and karate classes as the same way that you would with the essentials oils) for relaxing. * and while he was there, he didn't have time to get angry with others. *smile*. but I still think they have to be taught ' how to reconize the first signs of anger, and take control of all those anger feelings. I attended a forum on asperger and there was a panelist who is a nurse practioner and message therapist. She was telling us she now has 49 patients, all with different diagnosis but under the umbrella of autism like asperger. She talked of using different oils and as well massaging pressure points to help when kids are really upset.I am seriously considering calling her a setting up us an appointment to see what she has to offer. Our ds doesn't have the times of great anger but he does have lows in his mood and it seems like something that would help smooth some of those times. I've notice he rubs his hands through his hair during some of his stressful times. Thanks,Ginny> I've been reading about the benefits of certain smells such as > lavendar.
