Question about refrigerator Drip Pan

OK, I am in the middle of cleaning out my Whirlpool side by side refrigerator.

I bought this new about 2 and half years ago when I left the mold home. I

either threw my old things away or washed like crazy and bought new. Well, I

bought this new because I know how moldy old refrigerators can be. I was told

that the new models did not have a drip pan so I never checked it. Big mistake.

Today I noticed it after I took the grill off to vacuum the insides. It has old

slimy water in it and there is no way I can get it out without tearing the whole

refrigerator apart. I just don't know what to do about this!! As one who has

recovered from mold, this up-sets me. I have always been one who kept the tray

under the refrigerator clean so this is an issue. Has anyone else had this

problem? If so, please tell me what to do!!
