In general I think amino acids are beneficial to nerves and relaxation. When I

feel anxious, alot of time having a meal with adequate protein makes a

difference. There are alot of these at health food stores. The L-Theosine

(spelling?) is one amino acid that is sold for stress relief. Another amino,

L-tryphophane good for sleep but don't forget the obvious, adequate protein in

diet.

l-theanine, GABA I think can be helpful too.
