Thanks to everyone for their info about making air freshners! I will

have to try it at some point. As Terri knows though, dh wants one made

from Cedar fo. Sorry-but that stuff stinks!!! He also wants to put it

in our Cherokee, which will be handed down to me as soon as it's paid

off. I'm not interested in driving something smelling of cedar!

Thanks again!

, sometimes just saturating something and letting it age well works . I've

done that with pine cones and dried pods of one sort or another in a can . If

you can find a coffee can thats an actual can thats what I used.

You can then go back once its dry and touch it up. Since you want to do multiple

amounts you could seal some of the sheets or whatever material you use in a nice

sealed foil or shrinkwrapped box (you could use cut boxes or garment cardboard

to use to keep the sheets in between and then shrink wrap. Or.....they do have

car diffusers and you could do some pads or cotton , you can do clay or fake

'stone's terracotta and also do those , incense that is not let and simply

placed in an ashtray.....theres a lot you can do.

Did you need a blend as well?

Maybe by educating the owners of the businesses where he has placed them.  That

way they can turn him away put him out of business.

This guy has to be stopped and needs to be informed his toxic chemicals that he

supplies will not help business...only create barriers that people will refuse

to patronize his customers.

Mark Peliter- Presdient 888-580-8801. he tried years ago to tell me CI's liked

his stuff and it didn't bother them.

that will really be impossible here's why

1. marketing reports show scents encourage people to stay longer and therefore

buy

2. no requiored safety testing therefore they are led to believe that if it

contains 'esential oils' plant extracts its 'safe'

3. people WANT a smell

4. big corps are doing it thererfore the little guy has to follow suit

5. the msds sheets are bogus as i have seen a few of them andd non of the chems

are listed as they are using the term propietary and they get away with it

6. i have already pissed off alomost EVERY hotel here in vegas over air

fresheners and the ada issue, w/comp potential suits...THEY DON'T CARE! hey

were sold a bullshit bill of goods from a marketing person and they think its a

way to make people remember them and also mask smoke in the casinos

Angel,

Amen to all points. You hit the nail of the head. Including the last

point about remembering the hotel. Some have developed a

" signature " fragrance of their lobby so we will immediately know

which one we are in no matter where we are. Familiar, therefore

" comfortable " and " safe. "

Except for those of us who are harmed.
