Guest guest
I have been on the GAPS diet for two years with much progress. I encourage everyone to read Dr Natasha -McBride's book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome. She explains how a normal digestive system should work, what goes wrong, and how to heal with diet and probiotics. Her son had autism and is now well. Many have recovered using the GAPS protocol, from autism, ADD, ADHD, depression, manic depression, schizophrenia, IBS, Chron's, etc. Just about every illness is related to gut dysbiosis. Just about everyone in the US has it due to generations of refined sugar, flour, alcohol, etc. and use of antibiotics. Kathleen
Guest guest
you can also read the 3 articles on TH17. thing is ingestion is secondary to inhalation with WDB exposures. we didn't get ill solely by ingestion and so some us anyway are not going to get well solely by gut treatment protocals. if thats the main issue you are left with than it may do the trick, so well other deit protocals tailored around special needs of each person. deit is very important but this isn't going to address inhalation exposures, nose to brain route, lung to brain route, ect. one thing that sounds like it may be a great help for some of the gut issues is tranplant of good bacteria from a healthy person. seems like exspecially with candida issues. > > I have been on the GAPS diet for two years with much progress. Guest guest
i also have mercury poisoning which has distroyed my ability to digest phenol/salicylates and most mercury people can't handle sufur foods. the whole sufation cycle, def in sulfate, so you can't break down sulfite and they are very toxic as well. did you have any problems with this? food sensitivities? salicylate problems? thanks denise ________________________________ From: kathleenjeanbarrett <kjt@...> Sent: Sat, February 12, 2011 1:50:20 PM Subject: [] Healing a leaky gut & its connection to brain symptoms I have been on the GAPS diet for two years with much progress.
