Guest guest
Hi, I work at a university. NC State, in Raleigh, NC to be exact! I have been given the run around, the cold shoulder, the shut up and give up attitude about our leaking molding building/buildings and it ticks me off, to put it politeley. When you have a 4 foot wide section of water running down the interior wall from the 4th floor down to the 3rd floor, down to the 2nd floor, birds living in the roof, flat roofs that don't drain water when it rains, paint peeling off the walls in the stairwells with black stuff growing behind it, the smell of yeast growing in the steam pipes, and they say there is no mold, you kinda know they are full of it! Guest guest
You should file a report with OSHA. ________________________________ From: Sheila <sweetsheila@...> Sent: Mon, March 22, 2010 10:01:58 AM Subject: [] Symptoms, exposure in a state building Hi, I work at a university. Guest guest
In addition to 's suggestion to report them to OSHA, focus on water damage, filth, health risk from birds and dampness instead of just mold. If you just protest the mold that's all they have to respond to to disclaim your concerns. Besides, all those others individually are actually a bigger risk than mold. Together they should be a major concern to anybody. Forget the mold. Focus on getting action for all the rest and the mold will be taken care of as part of it. Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC ----- You should file a report with OSHA. ________________________________ From: Sheila <sweetsheila@...> groups (DOT) com Sent: Mon, March 22, 2010 10:01:58 AM Subject: [] Symptoms, exposure in a state building Hi, I work at a university.
