Guest guest
thats a good sign Tug and that also gives you a goal of what to work toward, if you can get to where you can experience that level of felling better and maintain it,thats good advoidance. you well have unavoidable set backs/re-exposures but the main thing is haveing this level of felling better as much as possable, it may take some time but this well help you better handle the hits when you get them. reactivity to some things may go down pretty quick, other things maybe not so quick, that all is different for everyone. you well also start reconizing what some of the things are that you are reactive to and hopefully avoid them as much as possable. > > I couldnt sleep last night so as much as I didnt want to I went downstairs and slept on the sofa directly below an open window. All night long I could actually taste the fresh air everytime I inhaled. When I woke up this morning I felt like a new man and as I type this my thinking is so much clearer and I dont feel nearly as bad as I have this past week. > > Im going to hate having to move again and start all over but if this is any indication of how Im going to feel it'll be worth it. i just pray that where ever I move to I dont experience another exposure >
Guest guest
Thank you Jeanine, every day is a learning experience for me. The weather here has been unseasonably warm and I've taken full advantage of it by staying outside as much as possible. If this second exposure is anything like my first it should take a couple of months after I've moved to start feeling better. The difference between this exposure and the first is Im going to gym and pushing myself as hard as possible, once I finish working out I'll sit in the sauna for 20 minutes which helps more than I ever thought possible. > > thats a good sign Tug and that also gives you a goal of what to work toward, if you can get to where you can experience that level of felling better and maintain it,thats good advoidance. > you well have unavoidable set backs/re-exposures but the main thing is > haveing this level of felling better as much as possable, it may take some time but this well help you better handle the hits when you get them. reactivity to some things may go down pretty quick, other things maybe not so quick, that all is different for everyone. you well also start reconizing what some of the things are that you are reactive to and hopefully avoid them as much as possable. Guest guest
True. I slept outside on a balcony off the master for two months when at my sickest in the summer of 02. It helped tremendously. I still sleep out there occasionally. But now I just do it because it is so pleasant. Sharon In a message dated 10/2/2010 5:52:27 A.M. Pacific Daylight Time, research1844@... writes: It helps. Still, the absolute best bet is to sleep outside when safe, not too cold, & dry. _Reply to sender_ (mailto:research1844@...?subject=Re: Slept by an open window) | _Reply to group_ (mailto: ?subject=Re: Slept by an open window) | _Reply via web post_ (/post;_ylc=X3oDMTJvY2ZodWZ1BF9TAzk3M\ zU5NzE0BGdycElkA zQ1NDczBGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTA2MTU4OQRtc2dJZAM4MTg4NgRzZWMDZnRyBHNsawNycGx5BHN0a W1lAzEyODYwMjM5NDM-?act=reply & messageNum=81886) | _Start a New Topic_ (/post;_ylc=X3oDMTJjN2tqdmZxBF9TAzk3M zU5NzE0BGdycElkAzQ1NDczBGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTA2MTU4OQRzZWMDZnRyBHNsawNudHBjBHN0a W1lAzEyODYwMjM5NDM-) _Messages in this topic_ (/message/81830;_ylc=X3oDMTM0c2dhdGdw\ BF9TAzk3MzU5NzE0BGdycElkAzQ1NDczBGdycHNwSWQDMT cwNTA2MTU4OQRtc2dJZAM4MTg4NgRzZWMDZnRyBHNsawN2dHBjBHN0aW1lAzEyODYwMjM5NDMEdH BjSWQDODE4MzA-) (5) Recent Activity: * _New Members_ (/members;_ylc=X3oDMTJkc2l1dDVtBF9TAz\ k3MzU5NzE0BGdycElkAzQ1NDczBGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTA2MTU 4OQRzZWMDdnRsBHNsawN2bWJycwRzdGltZQMxMjg2MDIzOTQy?o=6) 5 _Visit Your Group_ (;_ylc=X3oDMTJjcHJsNDBiBF9TAzk3MzU5Nz\ E0BGdycElkAzQ1NDczBGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTA2MTU4OQRzZWMDdn RsBHNsawN2Z2hwBHN0aW1lAzEyODYwMjM5NDI-)
