Guest guest
Robin, you might want talk to Dr Shoe about ketoconazole nasal spray. I use it on a daily basis and its been a God send (thank you Sharon K). The only problem I have with it is at times it makes me sneeze quite a bit. When I moved out of my WDB it took a couple of months before i started to experience some relief. After that I was walking for no less than 3 miles a day than I started going back to the gym. Now that Im back in a house that had mold my energy level has dropped dramatically but Im still going to the gym 6 days a week. Im going back to my hometown this Friday to find a place to live, it's much smaller and allot less expensive. I already found an extended stay hotel that charges $200 less a month and thanks to craigslist finding a partially furnished studio at an affordable price can be done. Once I find someplace that's suitable I'll drive back to where Im living now, get what few things that haven't been exposed and start my new life. Thats the plan anyway, we'll have to see what happens between now and Friday. Keep us posted on your progress Dave > > Hey Tug, > > Thank you for your thoughtful response. > > This is what I am getting so far.. > > symptoms down.. breathless gone and chest pressure.. more light feeling in my body and more energy though def exercise intolerance.. muscles burn very badly..so I can only do so much and this applies to just walking up the street to new neighbors house (not far) or shopping, house cleaning.. have to use power cart at a large store.
