Guest guest Posted September 20, 2000 Report Share Posted September 20, 2000 Hey, can someone tell me, will taebo eventually help me w/ this extra flab I've seemed to acquire under my arms, I am 36 now and this seems to have someone attached itself to my arms and kinda jiggles when I move them and I DON " T LIKE IT...any input..suggestions... Actually visualize using your triceps A really quick way to work them are triceps dips stand in front of a solid surface (table, desk, etc) with your back to the surface, place your hand behind you for support then lower and raise yourself using those triceps I also do this sitting on the floor holding my pushup bars behind me also if you do pushups with your hands placed closer together, you will work the triceps if you have a set of free weights, there are several exercises for the triceps that can be done sitting, standing and lying down These execises can work even without weights if you do them with imaginary resistance (isometrics) there are many sites online and videos that will demonstrate different ways to work them Barb who still has big arms being large boned and short but can now see the muscles working without any jiggle Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
