Hi there, thank you for your kindness. I have lysiene--I've used it for cols

sores. I'll try it out for the shingles. Thank you!

I'm so sorry to hear that. How tough for you. I hope you find some peace soon.

Have you look into l-lysiene which i believe depletes argenine? Also peanuts can

often be contaminated with fungus or mold or something like that from what i

understand.

down, as I am nowhere near the age when people supposively get them (60s if not

50s). Then again, I was reading that arginine can trigger shingles, and it is

found in two foods I've been eating a ton of lately--peanut butter and peas.

Still, doesn't help my doc's concern that my weight loss signals something dire,

like the big C.

Thank you. I was at my doc's for something else and so got on an antiviral right

away. But adding the B supplement and olive oil sounds good. I've used calamine

topically which helps somewhat.

For some reason pork can make the pain worse.

Hi barb, thankfully I was in for something else and got on an antiviral right

away. I have it on many parts of the left side of my body, but thank goodness,

not on my face (bc of the potential complications for blindness etc). I hope

this is the first and last time--the pain isn't so bad, buttge itchiness is

drving me wild.
