But adding the B supplement and olive oil sounds good. I've used calamine topically which helps somewhat. I have it on many parts of the left side of my body, but thank goodness, not on my face (bc of the potential complications for blindness etc). I hope this is the first and last time--the pain isn't so bad, buttge itchiness is drving me wild.
