Guest guest Posted September 14, 2000 Report Share Posted September 14, 2000 OK First of all everyone I completed Day 7 of my basic work out, but I must admit for the last 2 days I have gotten on the scale becuase I was so impressed with that 5 pd loss in a week ok so here it is I went down from 216 to 211 the next day I weighed in at 213 and today Im at 214 what is going on I know I am burning fat and Im not overeatting and Im drinking plenty of water and I know Im doing the work out right because my muscles are getting bigger and harder in my arms every day and my close are getting looser I havent dropped sizes but yes looser, what is this all about Doris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
